This dieting thing sucks when the scale's not moving.

And when you really want something you love but you know you shouldn't because it has too many calories but you do it anyhow.

Wait.  Maybe there's a connection...


  1. No, there's no connection there. Don't go talking crazy now.

    That would mean I would have to stop eating french fries every day!

  2. I just don't get on the scale... just hoping for the best.

  3. Moderation! I can't totally deny myself anything or I'll end up caving and BINGEING big time on it. I'll only let myself cut up "x" ounces of cheese (or whatever the food is at that point) and then put it on a plate and walk away from the kitchen. Then I have to really think and realize if I walk BACK into the kitchen and dish up more how many calories I'm adding each time. Hang in there!!


Please don't make me cry.
