♥ Ear plugs. All the better to sleep with when you wake up at 5 a.m. and can't get back to sleep because your beloved is sawing logs (little ones, but logs nonetheless) next to you.
♥ Work errands. An excuse to leave the florescent comfort of my office and venture out into the cold damp world of ignorant drivers, jay-walking pedestrians, and angry men in wheelchairs refusing to leave the bank because he had to give the clerk a thumb print.
♥ The Louisville Water Company's building. Holy smokes! Have you seen that place? Maybe I'm easily impressed, but I liked it.
♥ Insincere compliments. Even if I hate my new hair color, at least my co-workers are kind enough to pretend it's not that bad.
♥ Snarky quips from my nearest and dearest. My friends have a wit that gives me something to strive for.
♥ My job.
♥ And finally, last, but never least, exchanging love letters (emails) with Jimi:
