He is awesome. :)

Great job on a 35 minute run. I'd have dropped dead after 15 minutes!

As for the smokes...keep trying to give them up. It's hard because during the addiction (for me anyway) it becomes soemthing we do to deal with life... the stressful parts, the fun parts, the chill parts... it's our little "break" from life if you will. And there's nothing else like it... friends have told me that they need to replace that action with something else. One of my co-workers even bought a pack, but didn't light the cigarettes...just puffed on it as if it was lit.

It's a struggle for sure...and I hope you can overcome it! I think exercise is a good way to get it out of your life... it's almost like contradicting yourself reaching for a smoke after a workout. Drink water... stay busy... take deep breaths. You can do it!!!Kristen Victoriahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11923928320846486556noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7458034483254499155.post-83279633693818377302011-03-09T11:06:01.654-05:002011-03-09T11:06:01.654-05:00Try using an electronic cigarette. You still get the whole physical fix from it, and the nicotine, but none of the yucky smoke and your lungs with bow at your feet and thank you (after you work all the junk out of them, that is!) I was able to quit after a 22 year, 1-2 pack a day habit by using them.

& Purple Rain has to be one of the best albums ever!! Love it!!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07271764542463185414noreply@blogger.com
